Welcome to episode 8 of the Massage Therapist Central Podcast.
After an extended break, I am back in the studio and looking forward to the coming year. A little late I know, but I’d like to wish everyone a very happy and prosperous 2010. I hope everyone who had holiday’s over the Christmas / New Year period are fully refreshed. I hope you didn’t come back from holiday feeling like you needed one.
I recently saw a quote on Twitter which I quite liked
“Be a more effective therapist, don’t study more anatomy and more techniques! Study research and it’s results. Study anatomy to apply research”
It’s here, the new Featured segment is underway. This week we discuss the Alexander Technique.

A week to go until Santa brings you all the lovely things you’ve been asking for. Ok well maybe not, but hey we can still pretend he’s going to can’t we.
Short show and the last show for 2009. I have some back end production changes that will be introduced into the next show as well, which will take the show to a higher level or production value. I thank you for bearing with my while I work out the technicalities.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances and some timing issues, we are unable to bring you the featured segment in this episode. However it will be in the next episode which will be released on 08 January 2010.
